I’m sharing my knowledge of applying for the transcripts of marksheets and degree certificate from Anna University (affiliated colleges) for WES evaluation.

Documents required to get transcripts of Consolidated marksheet and Degree Certificate: 

• 10/12^th  Marksheet/ Birth Certificate - 1 copy (Front and Back sides)

• Passport/Driving License/Aadhar/PAN - 1 copy ((Front and Back sides)

• Consolidated marksheet - 1 copy (Front and Back sides)

• Provisional/Degree certificate - 1 copy (Front and Back sides)

• Demand Draft (Rs.750 per set of transcripts applied. Name, College, Mobile no. written on the back side)

• A3 size cloth cover - 1

•  A passport size photograph (not mandatory) 

Documents required to get Academic Records Request Form (WES Form):

• Academic Records Request form (WES) downloaded from WES website - 3 copies

• Degree/Provisional certificate - 1 copy

• Transfer Certificate/Course completion certificate - 1 copy

• Consolidated Marksheet - 1 copy

• Demand Draft Rs.300/- (Name, College, Mobile no. written on the back side)

Documents required to get Non-Issuance of Semester-wise marksheets:

• Degree/Provisional certificate - 1 copy

• Consolidated Marksheet  - 1 copy

• Demand Draft - Rs. 300/- (Name, College, Mobile no. written on the back side)

The candidates should apply for the above certificates on request letter available in Transcript Section, Controller of Examinations, Anna University, Chennai – 25 along with the demand drafts for the required amount drawn in favour of “Controller of Examinations, Anna University, Chennai – 25” payable at Chennai.

The Candidate should submit the duly filled in application form in Person / Person authorized by the Candidate (along with authorization letter and photocopy of the Government authorized proof of Identity of Person authorized) at the Transcript Section of the Office of the Controller of Examinations.
